TERMS + CONDITIONS
 

Online orders will only be placed once the due amount payment has been received. Unless previously agreed in writing, cancellation and/or alterations to an order cannot be accepted after 48 hours from receipt of order. Where goods are made to order returns will not be accepted for any reason without prior consent in writing from Studio Thirty Three Ltd. Studio Thirty Three Ltd can not accept responsibility for any delays in the delivery time beyond our reasonable control.

1. PAYMENTS

1.1: Quoted lead time(s) will commence from receipt of the due payment amount.

1.2: Supplier orders will only be placed once the payment has been received.

1.3: Payments made by cheque shall be treated as received only once the cheque has cleared.

1.4: Any balance payments are required to be paid in full two weeks prior to the end of the stated completion date.

1.5: Full payment must be received as per pre-agreed payment terms.

2. DELIVERY

2.1: Unless previously stipulated in writing, all delivery charges are based on a ground floor delivery within the M25, with good access and parking. Any modification to the delivery, resulting in variation to the previously agreed delivery method will incur additional charges.

2.2: If delays are experienced on site, additional charges may be applicable.

2.3: If you are unable to accept delivery of your order within a two-week period from the date of arrival at our warehouse, weekly storage and insurance charges will apply.

2.4: In the event a booked delivery needs to be rescheduled, we must be informed no later than 48 hours prior to the intended delivery. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.

2.5: Delivery attempts that have failed, through no fault of Studio Thirty Three Ltd or our external delivery team, will constitute a delivery. Any additional costs associated with this delivery attempt will be chargeable, along with any subsequent deliveries.

2.6: If your project is delayed and you require an amendment to your installation date, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do all we can to postpone delivery from our supplier(s), however if we are unable to reschedule, the aforementioned delivery dates and storage charges will apply.

2.7: The responsibility for checking access rests with the client. By placing this order, you confirm that the goods specified will fit into the property and the intended room (allowing for any restrictions like staircases, lifts, tight turns etc.).

2.8: Any damage must be reported upon receipt of goods and the delivery team must be informed, noting this clearly on the paperwork.

3. WARRANTY

3.1: All products are covered by the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer for its intended application only. Liability for any faulty product lies with the manufacturer. Studio Thirty Three Ltd will do everything in their power to help facilitate the replacement or repair if the damage is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All goods remain the property of Studio Thirty Three Ltd until the payment has been made in full.

Studio Thirty Three Ltd will not enter into a contract to supply goods until the specification is confirmed in writing by the buyer. Signed receipt of our quotation / written specification confirms the buyer’s full acceptance of Studio Thirty Three Ltd general terms and conditions of sale.
