LABS House evokes a sophisticated personality with a contemporary interior within a historic building.
Studio Thirty Three was appointed to support the design development, manage the furniture specification, procurement, delivery and installation for this grand building.
LABS House features and variety of amenities; an on-site cafe, event and bar areas, a large variety of work and meeting spaces, basement gymnasium and sky lounge.
Delivering practicality, comfort and elegance to the LABS portfolio was paramount. The project brief emphasised the importance of providing members with options, sophistication and highly flexible spaces. We kept these aspects at the forefront during the entire specification process, while also ensuring the use of suitable materials and locally sourced products.
The selection resulted in a complimentary blend of brands, spread across its nine floors.
